Citevana has a free plan with no time limit. Paid plans cost $29 (Starter), $79 (Pro) and $199 (Agency) per month, before any applicable taxes, and raise the usage limits. Every plan includes unlimited team seats and unlimited verified sites, and you can cancel a paid plan yourself at any time from Billing in the app.

Where annual billing is offered, the plan is paid upfront for 12 months and renews every year until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal. The full yearly amount is shown on the plan card and at checkout before you pay.

Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and needs no payment details. We will not reduce the free allowances.
How do I cancel a paid plan?
Open Billing in the app, choose Cancel subscription and confirm on the secure Stripe billing page. No call or email is needed. Your paid limits stay on until the end of the period you already paid for, and then the workspace moves to the free plan.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Every plan, including Free, has unlimited team seats. The price does not change when you invite people.
Is there a free trial?
Paid plans do not include a trial at the moment. The free plan has no time limit, so you can use it for as long as you like before deciding.
What currency are prices in, and do they include tax?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. If tax applies, it is shown on the checkout page and on your invoice before you pay.
What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your sites, reports, fixes and history stay in your workspace. Only the limits change, so new usage above the free limits is paused until the next period or an upgrade.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your paid limits stay on for 7 days while you update your payment method. If payment still has not gone through after that, the workspace moves to the free plan until it does. No data is deleted.
Where do I find invoices?
In the app, open Billing and choose Invoices and payment details. You can view and download every invoice there.
Why does my receipt say Link?
We sell paid plans through Link, Stripe's reseller service. Link is the seller of record: it processes your payment, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies, and emails your receipts and invoices. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* CITEVANA. Your subscription is still with Citevana, and you manage or cancel it from Billing in the app.
