Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Citevana By using https://citevana.com, the free tools or the Citevana platform, you agree to them. If you use Citevana for an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms for it.

The service today

Citevana is in pre-launch. The free tools are provided as they are, may change, and may be unavailable at times. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access by any date, and your position may change, for example through referrals.

Acceptable use

• Only submit URLs you are allowed to check, and do not use the tools to attack, overload or probe systems.
• Do not try to bypass rate limits, quotas or security measures.
• Do not use Citevana to break the law or other people's rights.
• Do not create fake referrals or multiple sign-ups to move up the waitlist.

The fix-it agent

The fix-it agent only applies changes that you approve after seeing a preview. You remain responsible for your website and the changes you approve. Every change can be rolled back and is logged. We recommend keeping your own backups.

Plans, billing and cancellation

The free plan is free forever. Paid plans and prices shown on the site are planned and may change before launch. Paid plans will be billed in advance, with no surprise add-ons, and you will be able to cancel in one click; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

AI output

Some features use AI. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so review it before relying on it. AI-generated content is labelled as such. See our AI disclosure for details.

Your content and our property

You keep ownership of your content and data. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service to you. Citevana, its software and its brand belong to Citevana

Third-party services

Some features connect to services such as Google, Bing or WordPress. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Citevana is provided "as is" without warranties, and we do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or citation outcome. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Citevana at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or put the service or others at risk.

Governing law
